Kale & Apple Smoothie
Getting enough nutrients doesn’t have to be a daunting taste. Smoothies are a great(and tasty) way to get some extra nutrients to start your day. Try out JB’s kale and apple smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of kale (green curly or cavolo nero)
- 1 medium apple
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- ¼ tsp of grated ginger
- 10 to 15 hazelnuts
- Cold filtered water
Step 1 - Cook
Roughly chop the kale. Wash and dice the apple (leave the skin on as it contains lots of vitamins and minerals). Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until consistency is smooth.
